March Meditation Series

Grow your understanding and practice of meditation. 

Establish a Meditation practice in our modern day world through this five part workshop series. Each session will consist of (voluntary) discussion, some basic asana practice to prepare the body for stillness, and a progressive period of meditation with a debrief to follow. Explore different meditation techniques and comfortable sitting positions for your body. This workshop series is friendly to all levels!

90 minute sessions will include light asana practice, meditation, mindfulness, journaling prompts, reflection, and discussion.

Participants are strongly encouraged to attend full workshop series as we aim to inspire a habitual and progressive meditation practice.
